Matthew is a brilliant teacher. You can tell this form of Qi Gong works as he’s very calm and has a glow about him. The art itself is very easy to learn and put into practice straight away. After the first session I already noticed how much more relaxed I felt and how going about my day there was more awareness of my inner state – where I was feeling tense in the body and mind etc. – and thereby could relax the relevant areas and let go. There is something very light and non serious about this form of Qi Gong. The emphasis is on enjoying your practice, relaxing and smiling from the heart, and just 15 minutes of practice once or twice daily brings enormous benefits to body, mind, emotions and spirit.
