By booking any Qigong training, including classes, courses, or workshops, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please contact us if you need clarification on any section.

1. Agreement Overview

1.1 Energy Alchemy Ltd, trading as Shaolin Qigong Hampshire, agrees to provide the Qigong training you have selected.
1.2 The training includes the use of Shaolin Cosmos Qigong.
1.3 By booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Payment

2.1 You agree to pay the stated fee in advance, including any agreed promotional discounts.
2.2 For courses or workshops, you are responsible for the full fee, even if you do not attend all sessions.
2.3 Payments may be made via credit card, bank transfer, cash, or platforms such as PayPal, SumUp, Stripe, or GoCardless.
2.4 Payment plans may be available at our discretion and may include a supplementary fee.

3. Cancellations and Amendments

3.1 To cancel a course or workshop, email us at [email protected].
3.2 If you cancel at least 7 days before the start date, you may reschedule or receive a refund, minus any reasonable costs incurred.
3.3 Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice may not qualify for a refund.
3.4 Classes, courses, and workshops are scheduled for specific dates and times, and it is your responsibility to attend on time.
3.5 Missed classes cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
3.6 Late arrivals will not receive the full allocated session time.
3.7 If your instructor must cancel a session, you will be offered alternative dates or a refund if these are unsuitable.

4. Results and Guarantees

4.1 Energy Alchemy Ltd does not guarantee specific results or health outcomes.
4.2 Qigong benefits vary and depend on factors such as your commitment, participation, and existing health conditions.
4.3 Testimonials are provided as examples and are not guarantees of similar results.
4.4 We do not offer medical, legal, investment, or business advice. Always seek professional advice where required.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Avoid alcohol or illegal drugs for at least 48 hours before a session to experience full benefits.
5.2 Energy Alchemy Ltd does not claim to treat, cure, or heal any health condition. Continue prescribed medication as directed.
5.3 Alcohol and illegal drugs are prohibited during training.
5.4 Suitable clothing must be worn during all sessions.
5.5 Instructors may use hands-on guidance to correct posture, with your prior consent. If you are uncomfortable, inform your instructor.
5.6 Sessions may include gentle physical movements and breathing exercises.
5.7 Notify us of any health conditions or injuries that may affect your participation before starting.

6. Equipment Usage

6.1 Energy Alchemy Ltd is not liable for injuries or losses caused by your misuse of equipment.

7. Force Majeure

7.1 If unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies, legal restrictions) prevent us from delivering services, we will offer alternative dates.
7.2 If no suitable alternatives are available, fees for undelivered services will be waived.
7.3 We are not liable for service interruptions caused by such events.

8. Termination

8.1 Energy Alchemy Ltd reserves the right to terminate this agreement if you act disruptively, unlawfully, or breach these terms. All fees remain payable upon termination.

9. Confidentiality

9.1 Confidential information refers to private or proprietary data you provide that is not publicly known and could cause harm if disclosed.
9.2 Energy Alchemy Ltd will not disclose your confidential information without your authorisation, except where required by law.
9.3 Confidentiality obligations apply indefinitely, including after the agreement ends.

10. Complaints

11. Governing Law

11.1 This agreement is governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

12. Entire Agreement

12.1 This agreement represents the entire understanding between Energy Alchemy Ltd and you, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.
